JaRo Building, preliminary project.

The two views of a multi-family building were made for a work commission by Arch. J. Rodriguez. They needed to be in the shortest time possible, and manual sketches meet that requirement. The monochrome view was done first and after seeing details the color view was performed. Mechanical pencil 05 HB and colored pencils for the finishes.
