Preliminary sketches multi-family housing design

Two preliminary design sketches, is a 4-story house; On the first floor and second floor there is a single-family apartment, on the third floor and fourth floor there is a Penthouse that includes a terrace. In the color sketch the technique is mixed since the drawing and inking is manual but the painting was done with a digital tablet.
